Job Summary

Marposs is seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Specialist to join its IP Department. As an Intellectual Property Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, enhancing, and defending the company's intellectual property assets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of new technical solutions to assess their patentability
  • Perform prior art searches and freedom to operate (FTO) analyses
  • Contribute to the preparation of patent applications in Italy and abroad, with subsequent management of examination procedures

Requirements

  • STEM degree, ideally in electronic or electrical engineering
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and dialectical skills
  • Deep interest in recently developed technological fields such as electric mobility, accumulators, and artificial intelligence
  • Knowledge of other languages (German and/or Chinese) and previous experience in the field of intellectual property are appreciated
