Job Summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Child Care Specialist. As a key member of our Kids' Club team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, while also providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote children's cognitive, social, and physical development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless transitions and provide updates on their child's activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Kids' Club.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
