Position Overview
A reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing firm is seeking a dedicated Medical Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in the Cyprus market, and demonstrate fluency in both Greek and English. This role offers an opportunity to work with an international organization engaged in innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the company's pharmaceutical products within the designated territory.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, market challenges, competition, and prevailing trends.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute precise targeting and segmentation strategies for each product to ensure effective positioning and promotional focus.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement brand strategies that convey a unified marketing message.
  • Organize work schedules and timetables in coordination with the area sales team and discuss future objectives with the area sales manager.
Candidate Qualifications
  • A degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Proficient in both Greek and English.
  • Self-driven with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and effectively resolve issues.
  • Prior experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry within the Cyprus market is preferred.
