About the Role

We are seeking motivated, self-starting, problem-solvers with a passion for the transportation industry and a strong analytical background. The successful candidate will join our Modelling Team and must be fluent in Italian and English.

The team works on projects for public and private clients, including local public transport operators, concessionaires, investment funds, financial entities, and public bodies. Our projects include:

  • Traffic due diligence and transportation planning
  • Developing complex transportation models and related analytical tasks using technical tools
  • Collaboration with colleagues to provide high-quality consulting and differentiated services to our clients
Requirements

The key requisites are:

  • Master's degree in planning, engineering, or a related field, ideally with a transportation focus
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a good knowledge of spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of Macrosimulation and/or Microsimulation Network modelling
  • Understanding and application of logit models
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to work in different teams and independently
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the European Union without the need for employer sponsorship
Additional Skills

The following skills will be positively evaluated:

  • Knowledge of GIS software
  • Knowledge of Statistical analysis
