As an IT Operations Support Intern, you'll play a critical role in supporting our IT Operations team in finding and developing software solutions for production processes and logistics. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about IT, problem-solving, and eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting while learning new frameworks and technologies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support IT Operations in developing software solutions for production processes and logistics
  • Contribute to local and EU projects, focusing on web app development, application refurbishment, and problem-solving in manufacturing, quality, and logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Your Background:
  • Degree in software system engineering or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of software development life cycle, with front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular) a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Able to work autonomously and adapt to new challenges
  • Good communication skills in English, with Italian a must
