Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:
We offer an internship opportunity in our Manufacturing Engineering (MFE) group, where you will support the development of various activities to improve organizational performance.
The role involves verifying the feasibility of existing projects or new applications, following their development, and monitoring the resulting savings for both internal departments and external labor suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and manage improvements in current assembly and testing standards in terms of cycle time, waste reduction, equipment, and machinery efficiencies.
• Draft production documents such as operating instructions, check lists, and machine programs related to assembly and testing.
• Implement production control systems in terms of quality, including vision systems and pick to light systems.
• Support improvements requests on product design for the achievement of departmental performance KPIs in terms of efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
• Graduating student in engineering
• Familiarity with main IT tools (MS OFFICE)
• Organizational autonomy, initiative, and propensity to assume responsibility
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to summarize argumentative and expository content
