We are seeking a highly skilled Global Education Manager to lead our education and training programs, driving growth and innovation in the beauty sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty retail landscape and a passion for luxury brands, with a proven track record of increasing sales and brand presence in a global retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Education and Training Initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of Beauty Advisors, ensuring they deliver a consistent brand experience and messaging across diverse global locations.
  • Drive Sales Growth and Brand Visibility through effective collaboration with regional teams, leveraging strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve set goals.
  • Analyze Sales Performance and Insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement, focusing on increasing sales and brand presence in a global retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the beauty travel retail sector, preferably with a luxury brand.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and brand presence in a global retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to various cultural contexts.
