Job Summary

The Retail Channel Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners to drive business growth at Imou. This includes frequent travel to key IMOU retail partners and shops to negotiate local deals, provide tools to boost sales, and enhance brand awareness.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing and promotional activities, and plan events to stay ahead in the market.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to achieve goals.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the Smart Home industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail store management and operations.
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures of major distributors and retailers.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in CES/DIY channels; Smart Home experience is a plus.
  • Strong market insights, planning, and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; fluency in English.
  • Passion for new technology and the Smart Home industry.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel.
