Job Overview:
Xiaomi Technology is seeking a Senior Retail Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, branding area expansion, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual strategy.
Main Duties:
- Developing and executing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned clients;
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns;
- Leading Retail Account Managers, maintaining customer relationships, and completing channel summary reporting;
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Prior experience in Channel Marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry;
- Strong knowledge of the consumer electronic industry;
- Strong range management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends;
- Ability to think critically and creatively.
