Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Distribution Channel Development Manager to drive growth initiatives in distribution sales across the EMEA region. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through distribution channels, identifying and prioritizing markets and opportunities for channel expansion and transformation.

Main Responsibilities
Transform distribution networks by converting competitive distributors and strengthening existing partnerships. Collaborate with distributors' business owners to develop strategies that maximize their profitability and performance. Design and implement incentive programs to motivate distributors to prioritize Enerpac products.

Key Requirements
Expertise in distribution networks and channel management. Strong ability to engage distributors, identify growth opportunities, and convert competitive accounts. Proven track record in strategic planning and execution in industrial tools, mechanical, hydraulics, or electronics industries. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years' experience in distribution sales management or channel development.
