Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Amaris Consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the quality and compliance of IT systems, as well as validating processes and systems in accordance with GxP regulations.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills with the IT department, external validation companies, and software programmers to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate IT systems in accordance with GxP regulations
  • Manage the quality and compliance of IT systems
  • Collaborate with the IT department of ADIpharma to ensure effective implementation of validation requirements
  • Coordinate with external validation companies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with software programmers of ADIpharma to ensure correct implementation of validation requirements
  • Prepare and maintain validation documentation, including validation plans, protocols, and reports
  • Perform internal audits and support external audits to ensure continuous compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.)
  • Proven experience in validating IT systems in a GxP environment
  • Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the IT department, external validation companies, and software programmers
  • Quality and compliance orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
