ERP Finance Project Leader

We are seeking an ERP Finance Project Leader to join our IT Applications Delivery team, concentrating on ERP solutions within the finance domain. The selected individual will play a vital role in assessing business requirements, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring the effective deployment of ERP systems in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Become a key player in our organization and contribute significantly to the implementation of ERP solutions in the finance department.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to ERP finance functionalities.
  • Convert business needs into technical specifications for ERP modifications or implementations.
  • Direct project planning, execution, and oversight for ERP finance initiatives.
  • Work alongside various teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within budget and on schedule.
  • Deliver user training and support throughout and following system implementations.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in ERP for multinational companies, especially in finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
  • Educational background in informatics or computer science.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms like Oracle or Netsuite.
  • A global perspective and fluency in English.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving abilities, and innovative mindset.
  • Capability to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively across regions.
  • Project management certification and knowledge of ORACLE EPM is advantageous.
  • Proficient in fast-paced settings and managing multiple priorities.
  • A natural team player and motivating leader.
