ERP Finance Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Finance Project Manager to join our IT Applications Delivery team in the ERP Finance area. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions within the finance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP finance modules.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements or implementations.
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for ERP finance initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and vendors, to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support during system implementations and post-implementation phases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in ERP implementations for global companies, specifically within the finance domain.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Academic background in informatics/computer science.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Netsuite (preferred).
  • Fluent communication skills in English (any other language represents an appreciated skill).
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills combined with excellent planning, problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship building abilities, to be able to work collaboratively at all levels and with colleagues located in different Countries.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and ORACLE EPM knowledge are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
