**Job Purpose**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be the face of our brand, conveying our philosophy and values to our customers and ensuring that they have a unique and memorable experience in our store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome and serve customers with a smile, providing an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools to stay connected.
  • Be proactive in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and competitors to provide expert advice to our clients.
  • Prove in-depth knowledge of our brand and products.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to your line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to ensuring a secure and theft-free environment.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Fluent spoken Russian and English, with other languages a plus.
  • A passion for human relations and sales.
  • Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
  • Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for and knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.
