Key Responsibilities
  • Create personalized guest resort reservations experiences by accurately inputting guest contact information and adding relevant details to guest history.
  • Respond to guests' inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities, services, and amenities, including hours of operation, accommodations, and studio rates.
  • Assist in resolving guest challenges and work closely with fellow guest service team members and other departments to ensure follow-through and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient execution of billing and financial transactions on behalf of guests.
  • Upsell services and offerings as appropriate, ensuring that each guest is fully educated about the resort's offerings.
Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in a hospitality reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
  • Ability to create professional business correspondence and possess gracious people and sales skills.
  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
