The Global Compliance Function is a vital part of the Chiesi Group, established to enhance adherence to international standards regarding ethics, anti-corruption, and competition laws. This function aims to improve coordination across the Group on these essential topics. In recent years, the Global Compliance Function has expanded significantly to encompass the entire organization.
A new unit focusing on "Ethics, Transparency & Anti-bribery Compliance" has been introduced, which also serves as the Anti-bribery Compliance Function in accordance with ISO 37001:2016 standards.
In this position, you will join a dynamic, international team responsible for overseeing the global compliance program related to ethics, transparency, and anti-bribery, ensuring the highest standards and necessary alignment across the Group.
Assist the Global Ethics, Transparency, and Anti-bribery Compliance Officer in the following tasks:
• Developing compliance policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on topics such as anti-bribery, interactions with healthcare professionals, donations, and sponsorships.
• Establishing and reviewing the annual compliance program.
• Creating compliance communication strategies and messages.
• Designing and monitoring compliance training programs (including anti-bribery and conflict of interest training).
• Managing the collection and publication of transfer of value data.
• Coordinating with affiliates for the publication of transfer of values.
• Overseeing the Chiesi whistleblowing system.
• Updating and reviewing the Chiesi 231 Model.
• Conducting monitoring activities on sensitive processes (e.g., donations, sponsorships, training, conflict of interest).
• Maintaining and expanding ISO 37001 certification, including supporting affiliates in implementing its requirements.
• Completing and filing documentation related to the anti-bribery management system (e.g., nonconformities register, conflict of interest register).
• Performing compliance audits (e.g., scientific information and ISO 37001).
• Conducting reputational due diligence.
• Maintaining the "Rating di legalità".
• Exploring compliance technology solutions (e.g., anti-bribery compliance self-assessment tools, data analytics systems).
A Master's degree in Law is required (a Master's in compliance 231 is an advantage).
LanguagesProficiency in English is essential (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Technical Skills Familiarity with:
• Criminal law, particularly anti-bribery legislation;
• Digital tools, applications, and databases (experience with SAP is a plus).

This position is a 6-month internship.
