Project Execution Manager

Wood is seeking a highly skilled Project Execution Manager to join its Technology & Product (T&P) Group in Milan, Italy. This role will be based in the Corsico office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project execution plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and contingency planning.
  • Develop and implement project performance improvement activities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage project documentation, including contract management, change control, and close-out procedures.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent technical skills, with knowledge of workflow management, contract management, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
