Role Impact: The Marketing Support – Generic Products position is designed to make a significant impact through the following key responsibilities:

  • Conducting sell-in and sell-out analyses.
  • Assisting in the formulation of brand strategies and marketing plans, including both ATL and BTL activities.
  • Designing consumer and trade promotions tailored to various sales channels.
  • Executing omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or Marketing. A combination of education and experience will also be considered. Previous exposure to Marketing, Project Management, or Consultancy is advantageous.
  • A keen interest in the OTC and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Digital mindset with a focus on multichannel management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • A positive, inquisitive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Skills in accuracy, analytics, planning, organization, results orientation, and problem-solving.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
