Assistant Marketing Manager

Casa Brera is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Marketing Manager to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing property-level communications that drive revenue and enhance the image of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans with the Director of Marketing
  • Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns that drive incremental revenue to the hotel
  • Act as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans
  • Manage F&B media schedules and verify prompt settlement of accounts
  • Coordinate the implementation of all brand packages and practices, including special events and promotional opportunities at property level
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Maintain frequent, active engagement with Digital Field Marketing team to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives
  • Verify all advertising for the hotel in digital and social media channels is in alignment with brand voice
Requirements:
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (both writing and speaking)
  • Experience in a similar role for a luxury or lifestyle brand in hospitality is an advantage
