Assistant Marketing Manager

Casa Brera is seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join its pre-opening team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing property-level communications, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the hotel's image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans in collaboration with the Director of Marketing
  • Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns
  • Manage F&B media schedules and verify prompt settlement of accounts
  • Coordinate the implementation of all brand packages and practices
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Maintain frequent engagement with Digital Field Marketing team to verify alignment and 2-way communication
  • Verify all advertising for the hotel is in alignment with brand voice
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (both writing and speaking)
  • Experience in a similar role for a luxury or lifestyle brand in hospitality is an advantage
  • Technical knowledge of InDesign is a plus
