Job Opportunity

SEGULA Technologies Italy is seeking a highly skilled Trim Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and production of innovative products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following key activities:

  • Leading the product development process and creating technical content
  • Serving as the technical interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Designing and implementing technical solutions
  • Reading and understanding customer specifications
  • Creating Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for new products
  • Leading product change management and control
  • Creating design requests and following up on design work
  • Developing and updating the Bill of Material
  • Preparing and presenting technical presentations
  • Conducting design reviews
  • Supporting testing and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) matrix
  • Analyzing FEA results and defining design changes
  • Analyzing test results and defining design changes
  • Implementing Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) proposals
  • Supporting manufacturing Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • High level of expertise with CATIA or similar tools
  • Experience with DFMEA
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
