Role Mission
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the Group FP&A function, focusing on the analysis and monitoring of Group Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position is pivotal in facilitating informed decision-making by top management regarding resource allocation, while ensuring comprehensive financial analysis and a thorough understanding of business operations. Additionally, it aims to establish a robust connection between Group FP&A and GBS Reporting & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Group FP&A team in managing enterprise performance and conducting reviews of Group KPIs, providing tailored analyses to enhance resource allocation efficiency.
- Oversee the control and evaluation of planning processes (Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning) by utilizing information from Business Units to deepen insights into local financial and operational trends, while tracking risks and opportunities for senior management.
- Develop an understanding of market dynamics, including trends across key categories and brands, and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for planning and feedback on Budgeting, Strategic Planning, and Quarterly financial closures.
- Collaborate with Group FP&A to implement advanced analytics in integrated planning, leveraging external data to derive meaningful insights, and contribute to the development of the Group Data Lake for continuous data integration supporting Advanced Analytics Proof of Concepts.
- Work with Group FP&A to establish a new collaborative framework with GBS DR&A.
- Coordinate the review of Short-Term Incentive estimates with Group FP&A to provide senior management with current visibility and ensure alignment with Group and Regional STI objectives.

Internal: Group FP&A team, Finance senior management, GBS DR&A team, Regional and Local Finance teams.
External: Consultants involved in relevant projects.
Experience & Education
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results within deadlines.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Proficiency in Italian; fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Strong capabilities in quantitative analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Ability to provide recommendations based on financial data analysis.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control (commercial finance experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with data management and analytics.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with advanced skills in financial modeling and reporting.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in accounting principles.
