Join Our Team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team in Indirect Procurement. As a key member of our Group FP&A team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Global Procurement team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key business partner and advisor to the NPR Global Procurement team, coordinating with the FP&A community to evaluate and track productivity actions plans.
  • Identify potential savings and opportunities to ensure delivery of targets.
  • Design new process performance measuring models and procedures for NPR Productivity projects.
  • Define operational KPIs and monitor them for NPR Productivity Projects.
  • Ensure the reliability of figures and provide a deep understanding of business trends through variance analysis.
  • Elaborate global reporting to provide valuable analysis for Procurement management decision-making.
  • Support NPR Procurement in controlling and managing contracts, tracking cost impact and variations.
Requirements
  • Experience in consumer goods industries preferred.
  • Understanding of COGS and key supply chain performance drivers.
  • Proven experience in working on challenging projects and delivering excellent results to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with working in a matrix organization.
