Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional and local Supply Chain FP&A teams to drive financial performance.
  • Engage with Business Unit FP&A teams to align financial strategies.
  • Contribute to the overall Group FP&A initiatives.

Essential Experience

  • Prior experience in consumer goods sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering results within set timelines.
  • Experience in a matrix organizational structure is preferred.

Qualifications

Skills Required

  • Proficient in financial planning and reporting methodologies, with a focus on Supply Chain KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of economic and financial principles, particularly in relation to FMCG P&L structures and COGS.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with business processes within the FMCG landscape.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, with BI/BW and BPC experience being a plus.
