Repsol Low Carbon Generation (Renewables) is one of the four key business pillars of the Repsol Group, aimed at decarbonizing our product portfolio and reinforcing our position as a multi-energy supplier on both national and international fronts. We are seeking an O&M Site Manager (Wind) to oversee operations at our facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage local operations and maintenance activities at our wind farms, including new projects within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective and timely execution of O&M tasks.
  • Aim for the highest standards of energy-economic availability for the facilities under your management.
  • Implement the company’s operational standards across all projects.
  • Oversee and manage corrective actions arising from project needs.
  • Analyze, supervise, and manage contracts effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in the electric power generation industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2), English (C1), and Spanish (preferred).

  • Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
