Cyber Security Operations Manager

Fater is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Manager to spearhead our cybersecurity and information security management initiatives. This pivotal position within our ICT team requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in information security, particularly in security risk management, incident response, and digital forensics.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for directing and managing our organization's information security framework. Your duties will encompass the formulation and execution of security policies and procedures, administration of security technologies, and the facilitation of security awareness training programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the principal information security manager for the organization, overseeing all security-related initiatives, policies, and procedures.

· Formulate, implement, and assess information security policies and procedures.

· Establish and execute information security strategies, including conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and promoting cybersecurity awareness and training.

· Convert IT security risks into actionable security requirements.

· Create and manage an information security budget while overseeing IT expenditures.

· Investigate emerging security threats and vulnerabilities, providing management with informed recommendations for countermeasures.

· Develop and implement strategic plans to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.

· Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.

· Enhance the organization's reputation regarding information security.

· Assess the adequacy of third-party service providers in relation to security standards.

· Conduct IT asset inventories and generate detailed reports for financial planning.

· Formulate and implement security incident response strategies.

· Monitor and audit IT systems and organizational records.

· Manage IT contracts and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

· Develop and enforce IT security protocols.

· Lead efforts towards achieving ISO 27001 certification.
