About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Laboratory Engineer to join our team at ALSTOM. As a Test Laboratory Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement testing methodologies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of products to identify and resolve any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing and validation technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a testing and validation role, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of testing and validation methodologies, including ISO 17025.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
