Join Our Data Science Team

We are seeking highly skilled data scientists to join our rapidly growing team. As a data scientist at BCG, you will partner with clients to apply data science methods and analytics to real-world business situations, driving significant business impact across various industries and regions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers
  • Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X
  • Partner with clients to design, build, and deploy new and innovative solutions
  • Apply advanced analytics to a variety of business situations, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings, translating this into business implications for our clients

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience applying advanced analytics to business situations
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and coding languages (Python)

Compensation and Benefits

As a data scientist at BCG, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
