Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €65,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive welfare plan, active since 2015, which includes benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and programming skills in Python. As a Data Scientist at Prometeia, you will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of banking/insurance data, developing behavioral models using Artificial Intelligence, and participating in project development activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Critical analysis of large volumes of banking/insurance data
  • Participation in the development of behavioral models using Artificial Intelligence in the areas of Risk, Wealth & Asset Management
  • Development and review of simple prototypes/analytic components within more complex pipelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of statistics, Machine Learning, and major clustering, classification, and regression algorithms
  • Experience in data wrangling, cleaning, exploration, and feature extraction
  • Familiarity with Python libraries and tools for Machine Learning (numpy/pandas) and scientific computing
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
