What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Meet team KPIs, staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends.
  • Work with customers' sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices, continuously improving our services.
  • Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services, staying informed about their offerings.
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, ensuring seamless collaboration.

What You'll Need:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills, with excellent written and verbal proficiency.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
