Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Service Specialist to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing service work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high voltage service tasks, identify technical problems, and make analysis through remote or on-site activity.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation.
  • Create and maintain a good relationship with customers and understand their needs.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and communicate them internally.
  • C coordinate, prepare, and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities.
  • Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative.
  • Report work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
Your Background

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • An electrotechnical diploma.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role and with high tension equipment.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Good knowledge of Italian language.
  • A willingness to travel (Italy).
  • The ability to work in a team.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
