About the Role:
As an Operations Excellence Director at Gunnebo Entrance Control, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement initiatives across our global operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes and tools to enhance efficiency and drive measurable performance targets
- Build a culture of continuous improvement through training and development
- Collaborate with NPD, Technical Design, and Supply Chain on rationalization and NPD projects
- Own the operations excellence program, ensuring alignment and annual plans that drive overall operations maturity
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and concepts
- Experience in DFM, PFMEA, Fabrication, Machining, and Welding processes
- Assembly in low-volume customized product environments
- Manufacturing strategy and process development
- NPD implementation and Project Management
Desirable:
- Solidworks experience
- Phase gate development process experience
- Chinese and Italian language skills
