Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Lead lean transformations to reduce costs and improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Identify and propose automation methods to improve operations
- Develop and implement transfer project plans to optimize business processes
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and concepts
- Experience with process development and implementation
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
