We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing and operating our data warehouse and data lake, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
  • Develop and maintain data quality and governance standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data management requirements
  • Design and implement data security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity
  • Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata to support data discovery and reuse
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services
  • Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
