About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Bid Management Specialist to join our Bid & Knowledge Management team, reporting directly to the Function Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities in our Rome office:
- Analysis of tender documents, examining the lex specialis of the tender, identifying critical aspects related to the law and technical and economic characteristics of the company.
- Preparation and verification of administrative documentation related to the entire tender procedure (from pre-qualification to award), preparing, in accordance with the provisions of the lex of the tender, the necessary documentation for participation in the tender and, if necessary, updating administrative documents and essential declarations for the tender, strictly respecting deadlines and schedules, in accordance with the indications of the company's top management (up to the award).
- Management of relationships with third parties (in cases of RTI, avvalimenti, subcontracts, etc.) for the coordination with these parties for the production of administrative documents within the tender deadlines.
Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in managing public tenders for services and supplies, for the Central and Local Public Administration.
- Ability to work in a team and withstand stressful situations.
- Excellent knowledge of public procurement legislation (D.Lgs. 50/2016 and D.lgs. 36/2023).
- Excellent knowledge of main online tender platforms.
- Law degree.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Punctuality and precision.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Having worked for ICT companies is a preferred title.
