About the Role

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tendering process, you will be responsible for delivering winning proposals that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tender strategies to ensure successful proposal submissions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive proposals
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date tender documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of proposals
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals to customers, ensuring clear and concise communication of our value proposition
  • Monitor and report on proposal performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration
  • Proven experience in bid management, proposal development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
