Senior Piping Engineer

SICIM, a leading construction company established in 1962, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Piping Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the preparation of piping & equipment layout, plot plan, MTO, and TBE.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop plot plans, detailed design drawings & sketches for process, mechanical equipment, piping general arrangement, equipment layout & piping isometrics.
- Prepare a detailed piping discipline work execution schedule that is coordinated and compatible with other engineering disciplines.
- Plan procurement-related activities such as preparation of MR, vendor document review/approval cycle, and vendor finalization meetings.
- Participate in proposal development as part of the proposal team in pre-bid meetings with clients.
- Prepare piping & support MTO & material requisitions for piping items.
- Inter-discipline coordination, responsibility for IDC matrix.
- Familiar with construction activities and ready to visit on-site to resolve construction-related problems.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on RLM drawings/final survey reports.
- Hands-on working experience on BIM software like Revit or equivalent AutoCAD 3D, preferred.
- Communicate closely with all members of the project team and highlight potential design clashes or interferences.
- Work in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, company procedures, and local regulations.
- Minimum a Technical Diploma in Engineering Background with at least 8-10 years of design experience with an engineering consultancy/EPC company working for Industrial plants.
- Good experience in 2D & 3D Drawings preparation.
- Fully proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent software.
- Multi-discipline exposure required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
