Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing cutting-edge solutions across both frontend and backend platforms, ensuring the delivery of reliable and scalable applications that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing React for frontend development.
  • Architect and develop robust backend services using Python and FastAPI, leveraging MongoDB (including MongoDB Atlas) for data management.
  • Employ AWS services such as Amplify, S3, and EC2, while demonstrating knowledge of Auto Scaling and Elastic Beanstalk for optimal application deployment and oversight.
  • Design and uphold high-performance RESTful APIs, focusing on dependability and scalability.
  • Incorporate real-time communication capabilities using WebSockets to facilitate interactive features.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to convert business needs into technical implementations.
  • Maintain code integrity through disciplined git practices, thorough code evaluations, and adherence to industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Expertise in React for frontend solutions.
  • Proficient in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
  • Experience with MongoDB, including MongoDB Atlas.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as Amplify, S3, and EC2, along with knowledge of Auto Scaling and Elastic Beanstalk.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Experience in implementing real-time communication features using WebSockets.
  • Knowledge of Chakra UI is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience overseeing full lifecycle software development projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and automated testing frameworks.
  • Solid grasp of cloud architecture and deployment methodologies.
