About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Counter Threat Operations and Training Integrator to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our defense mission team, you will be responsible for integrating counter threat operations and training to support our clients' complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze emerging threats to identify potential solutions
  • Collaborate with thought leaders in defense missions to develop and implement effective counter threat operations
  • Develop and deliver briefings to various audiences on counter threat operations and training
  • Use analytical tools and open-source databases to inform decision-making
  • Produce staff estimates to inform the greater DoD enterprise on the latest threats
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience working on Explosive Ordinance Disposal, Humanitarian Mine Assistance, or Counter small Unmanned Aerial Systems
  • 3+ years of experience with using analytical tools and open-source databases
  • Knowledge of Unified Exploitation and Collected Exploitable Material
  • Knowledge of the Army, the Joint Doctrine, and Training Policy
  • Ability to produce staff estimates to inform the greater DoD enterprise on the latest threats
  • Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CAD, fabrication, and small electronic builds
  • Experience as a Combat Training Center Observer Controller and Trainer, Leader Training Program (LTP) Coach, or Army Service School Instructor
  • Experience with supporting Service Component, Geographical Combatant Command, or Multination headquarters staff
  • Experience in intelligence analysis, targeting cycles, and non-lethal effects
  • TS/SCI clearance
