We are seeking an experienced Industrial Plant Erection Manager to join our esteemed team. This critical role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and strong communication abilities to oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical parts and equipment at our industrial plant sites.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation of mechanical parts and equipment to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Verify that erection companies execute work according to scheduled timelines, design specifications, and technical requirements.
- Interface with engineering departments to resolve any issues arising during execution.
- Manage vendors and contractors to guarantee efficient supply chain operations.
- Attend meetings with customers to provide progress updates on site activities.
- Coordinate with headquarters and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare daily reports on activity status and provide technical assistance during trial and commissioning phases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing mechanical/piping erection activities in industrial plants.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in constructing steel processing plants.
- Strong knowledge of site erection and commissioning activities management for steel plants.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Ability to lead a team, demonstrate flexibility, and willingness to travel worldwide.
- Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and capacity to work under pressure.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development within our global organization.
