Job Description

Our Global Account Operations Team is seeking a talented graduate in business, marketing, finance, or a related field to join our team as a Global Account Owner (GAO) in our Milan office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Account Manager (GAM) and a multinational team of Customer Service Operators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global Account Manager (GAM) to drive the supply/demand relationship, logistics programs, and business growth.
  • Support the GAM in continuous forecast validation, forecast and backlog alignment, and review of demand changes.
  • Develop a global understanding of customer demands, processes, and supply chain needs, and proactively engage with the customer to avoid supply/demand gaps and/or excess.
  • Responsible for finding solutions related to delivery escalations from Global accounts and liaise with internal departments (Sales, Planning, and Logistics, etc.).
  • Handle worldwide allocation for specific products and serve as the main interface with customer headquarters.
  • Represent Renesas at customer meetings, prepare and present regular data on supply/demand health, and for potential executive-level escalations/meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • New College Graduate or maximum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in teams and cross regions, with a proactive approach, consistently delivering high-quality customer service with a focus on building relationships and achieving quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work across different ERP systems, reports, and procedures in a fast-paced environment with a good resilience to stress.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
  • Advanced command of English, both spoken and written, with clear and concise written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, along with other MS Office products.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI is an added advantage.
