La nostra azienda "A2A S.p.A." è alla ricerca di un Contract Specialist per il nostro team di Contract Management. La posizione si occupa della gestione dei contratti di acquisto e vendita di commodity energetiche.

Per la nostra azienda

L'inserimento è previsto all'interno della Business Unit Generazione & Trading, che si occupa della gestione del portafoglio impianti di generazione del Gruppo.

Rientra nell'ambito della Business Unit anche l'attività di trading sui mercati nazionali ed esteri di tutte le commodity energetiche.

Le tue responsabilità

  • Gestire la redazione, revisione e negoziazione di contratti con fornitori, clienti, partner commerciali, borse energetiche.
  • Monitorare e garantire il rispetto delle scadenze contrattuali e degli obblighi previsti.
  • Collaborare con diversi dipartimenti aziendali (legale, finanza, commerciale) per assicurare la corretta redazione ed esecuzione dei contratti.
  • Mantenere aggiornati i dati di contratti e controparti sui database e gli archivi aziendali.
  • Preparare report e analisi relative ai contratti in essere.
  • Supportare la gestione delle controversie contrattuali.

Sei la persona giusta

  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Economia.
  • Preferibile esperienza di 1-2 anni in una posizione simile nel settore dell'energia o in ambiti correlati.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Completano il profilo: Capacità di lavorare in team, Buone capacità di analisi e attenzione ai dettagli.
