The Bata Group, a global leader in the footwear industry, is seeking a Junior HR Administration Specialist to support the Administration and Payroll Team in managing and processing salaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal duties, tax, and social security requirements related to personnel administration.

Main Activities:

  • Support the management office staff attendance and support to colleagues
  • Support the management store personnel attendance and store manager support
  • Support the management maternity leave, special leave, and Law 104
  • Support the management injury management
  • Support the management Anf (family allowance)
  • Support the management of deductions 'tax
  • Support the processing and control salary check for areas of expertise
  • Support the management data for the purposes of 'processing model and the model 770 Cud
  • Office Suite, in particular Excel
