We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Amadeus LSS Administrator at Air Dolomiti Spa in Verona, Italy. The position is a permanent one.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setup and customize aspects of the Amadeus platform, including login and office ID creation and rule setup.
- Handle ACSP (Amadeus Customer Service Points) work orders, incidents, change requests, and proposals.
- Act as a focal point for projects requiring Amadeus functions or interfaces.
- Provide support for other Amadeus LSS Group functions.
- Coordinate with different departments on shared projects and external providers or airlines for Amadeus-related projects.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science considered an advantage).
- Strong familiarity with the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
- In-depth knowledge of customer experience journey processes.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; German language skills a plus.
- Strong personal organization and ability to work independently and within a multicultural team.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
