Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton, Rome. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our guests, serving a wide range of drinks, and working closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our drinks menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to manage the bar area, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling cash and card transactions.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
