Crif Group is seeking a talented Junior Business Analyst to join our International Markets Business Information department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Functional Analysis: Manage the definition of Software Requirements Specifications documents and other project-related documents.
- Test Planning: Supervise and manage test planning, definition of test cases, and related documentation, as well as the execution of user acceptance testing.
- Analysis Activities: Supervise and perform the preparation, contribution, and documentation of analysis activities, including gap analysis, preliminary analysis, detailed analysis, and impact analysis.
- Training and Development: Lead training sessions for end-users and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively use our systems.
- Project Management: Track and report on project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Business Process Improvement: Understand, innovate, and collect business needs, working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors, and clients to analyze, document, and validate business processes.
- Envisioning and Innovation: Manage the envisioning process of new products and services whenever business requirements are not fully clear or placed in a complex scenario.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Participate in pre-sales activities, presenting solutions and products to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering.
- Skills: Negotiation, communication, and team working skills, with the ability to work with a global team. Business Process Redesign and Workflow Design capabilities. Web application development skills, with a focus on user experience and effective presentation of data and information.
- Experience: Proven experience in projects focused on analysis and delivery of IT solutions to customers. Fluency in English, due to the international nature of our business. Strong technical aptitude and solid knowledge of web and digital technologies (SQL, XML, JSON, API, Web Services, Data Structures, UX, UI). Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Team working and team management skills. Willingness to travel.
