Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Product Specialist to join our Digital Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the digital transformation of customer experiences, emphasizing project management skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects within critical timelines and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and design compelling digital experiences.
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to inform digital product development.
  • Define processes to ensure compliance with company policies and monitor department performance.
  • Lead projects and play a pivotal role in bringing innovation to our digital products.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing projects.
  • Advanced competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and proactive thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Academic background in Economics, IT, Business, or Scientific field.
