Fragrance Specialist @ Jo Malone London

As a Fragrance Specialist at Jo Malone London, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients. With a passion for fragrances and a keen eye for detail, you will help our customers find the perfect scent to suit their individual tastes and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fragrance trends and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
