Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Client Services Team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering World Class Service to ADP clients, ensuring their payroll needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client queries, issues, and requests to client satisfaction within agreed service levels
  • Identify and implement service, process, and product improvements
  • Manage CRM and email caseloads while being available to answer client phone queries
  • Manage client expectations regarding case resolution timescales
  • Certify all output provided to the client
  • Accurate and timely payroll delivery

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence of client queries, issues, and requests
  • Actively manage own knowledge and skills to meet task productivity and quality standards, as well as share with the rest of the client support team
  • Input and check the payroll output for accuracy and to meet legislative requirements
  • Perform monthly declarations to third parties (Uniemens, F24, etc.)
  • Maintain knowledge of current ADP products and services, as well as current statutory legislation
  • Review and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and create management action plans, as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a bureau environment (HR department or CDL)
  • Good knowledge of major CCNL
  • Good knowledge of English (mandatory)
  • PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
  • Experience of working with a CRM tool
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and writing
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Economic studies (desirable)
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
  • Target driven and motivated individual

Estimated Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 per year
