**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Specialist to join our Global Communication Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies, managing corporate PR, and coordinating international corporate materials.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and relevance among customers, press, and employees.
  • Manage corporate PR on a global level, including press conferences and media relations.
  • Conceptualize and implement international corporate materials, such as company profiles, product ranges, and sustainability reports.
  • Coordinate and manage agencies and suppliers, as well as team colleagues.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • Completed university education with a specialization in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing or communication.
  • Proficiency in standard software, especially MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, creativity, and team spirit.
  • Knowledge of Italian and English (good knowledge of German is an advantage).
